Frequently Asked Questions

Branson Boat Club

What is the Branson Boat Club?

Branson Boat Club is a unique, cost effective alternative for people who want all the benefits of owning their own boat, but don't want the hassle, costs or trouble of upkeep, transport and maintenance it takes to keep a boat in the water.

How does it work

Members simply call the Branson Boat Club, make a reservation then come to our marina where a fully fueled boat is waiting. When members are done boating for the day they simply return to our marina to refuel the boat and turn over the keys. It's that simple.

What type of boats do members have access to?

The Branson Boat Club offers an impressive fleet of boats including deck and ski boats, fishing boats, pontoons and tri-toons.

How reliable are the boats?

Every boat in the fleet is purchased brand-new and replaced after three years. That means our members have access to luxury boats that are well maintained and in excellent condition.

Are boats always available for my usage?

For more than 15 years our clubs throughout the nation have fulfilled over 97% of all reservation requests. In 2010, the Branson Boat Club fulfilled 100% of its reservation requests.

How much does it cost to become a member?

Potential members have the opportunity to choose from several different membership packages that range from limited use to unlimited use of the entire fleet. To speak to a membership specialist call 417-338-2628.

As new boats are added to the fleet do members have any say in such acquisitions?

Absolutely! Based on the preferences and usage of our members we build our fleet. In other words, if our ski boats are the most in-demand, that is what will be added to the club's fleet.

How do I make reservations?

Reservations can be made online through our online reservation system (coming soon), or by calling the club directly.

How far in advance can I make reservations?

Reservations can be made the same day, with 2 hours notice, and up to 30 days in advance.

Can I make more than one reservation at a time?

Members may have up to two reservations on the club calendar, at any given time, within any 30 day period.

Is there a limit to the number of days I can use a boat?

Absolutely not. If a boat is available -- anchors away!

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. From April through October, the marina is open and boats may be used from 7am-8pm, seven days a week. For the remainder of the year, boats are available from 8am-4pm daily.

Are water toys available?

Skis, tubes, wake boards and more are available at No Extra Charge each time our members take to the water. During the reservation process members have the opportunity to indicate what water toys they would like to use. When you board your boat the requested toys are already on board.

Where do I buy fuel?

Your boat will always be waiting with a full tank of gas. If you need to refuel simply stop by our full-service marina for a quick fill-up.

Branson Boat Club

Do you offer boat training/safety classes?

Extensive training at no cost is offered to our members.

What safety equipment is on the boat?

All boats have U.S. Coast Guard required equipment including life jackets, a fire extinguisher, sound equipment and flares.

Do you rent your boats to non-members?

Absolutely not. Our boats are for our members only. This allows us to better maintain the condition of our boats and ensures the highest possible level of fleet availability to our members.

Are non-members allowed?

As long as a member is present, friends, family, clients and even pets are welcome on board with you. And you can have as many guests on your water craft as the U.S. Coast Guard Rating allows.

Are there any usage charges?

Beyond your membership fees your only other additional cost is the fuel you use.

How do you qualify members?

Membership is open to boaters of any skill level, 25 years of age and up. Whether you're a novice or a veteran boater, the Branson Boat Club would love to have you as a member.

Am I fully insured while operating one of your boats?

Yes, all of our boats are fully insured. Members also have the option of buying down the deductible by purchasing an optional boat damage waiver.

What other benefits will I enjoy as a member of the Branson Boat Club?

All membership plans include FREE COMPLIMENTARY BOATING at other Boating Country Clubs® nationwide. Branson Boat Club members also have full use of the Rock Lane Resort amenities including two swimming pools, tiki bar and a boathouse with showers and changing facilities.
